RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

You can return your unwanted items within 28 days of the date of receipt.

Please note that Returns and refunds are not accepted for sale items, makeup and samples.

Pout does not make any promises relating to results from using its products and customer experience varies from person to person. We are unable to accept returns, refunds and exchanges for products that have been opened and used.

How to return?

  • To return an unwanted item, which is not a sale, sample or a makeup item please email help@poutcase.com to request your Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
  • We will need to know your order number, the items you are returning, the reason for return and how you would like your return processed (refund, credit or exchange).
  • We will send you the RMA and shipping labels to enable you to return your items back to us.
  • Please return your unwanted items within 14 days of your RMA.

Please note that you are required to meet the cost of returning any product(s) to Pout. We recommend that customers send any items back via a tracked service. Items do get lost sometimes and without tracking details we will not be able to locate your return in case of delays.
